I created a site (HiringCafe) that fetches remote-only jobs from 20k+ company websites from all around the world. Additionally, it summarizes job descriptions via GPT.

As of today, there’s 40,918 remote jobs (mainly from companies in US, Canada, and Europe).

I’m working on additional features, such as job application tracking and multi country select.

We struggled to find sales candidates who were passionate about our industry. Our recruiting strategy looked like this:

1. Job Boards: only a handful of sales candidates understood our industry.

2. LinkedIn Outreach: low interview scheduling rate

3. Referrals: Only a few responses at best

We realized how important industry background/passion is for sales candidates so we to solve for this, we built HiringCafe. It allows you to put your Sales job in front of job seekers who are passionate about your industry. We created a network that encompasses one million job seekers by partnering with niche job boards targeting specific industries, influencers who have large following on LinkedIn and other social media platforms, and media companies that care about your industry.

Additionally, the platform has built-in one way video screening capability which has become an essential feature for remote hiring.

Average user would feel fooled. Fake job ads, fake profiles, fake followers.

Yeah for sure. So far we've been sales-led but we're moving toward inbound so this is our top priority to change landing.
