For neutrinos there is no nighttime. The neutrinos are captured when they need to travel the maximum distance through the earth. That way, there are fewer other particles that need to be distinguished from neutrinos.
Are there any laptops with two nubs: one for the mouse, one for scrolling? Then one could also put the keyboard in a more comfortable position right where the touchpad is now.

I'd like to hear more about this. According to Wikipedia [1], Maryland uses an "all payer rate set system", and it had one of the first per-capita costs. On the other hand, Germany also has the system, but much lower healthcare costs. What's going on?
