Thanks for trying out! Sorry that MagicQuill doesn't meet your expectations, as the model cannot generalize so well for different elements. The lip is a small element while the horse can be big, so you may need to, say, reduce the "Grow size" and "Edge strength" in the "Parameters" for dying the lips to narrow down the edited area and control strength.
