Alexander the Great once came across some Indian sages in a meadow who were discussing philosophy. When these sages saw Alexander and his army, their only reaction was to stamp their feet loudly on the ground. When asked what they meant by this odd behavior, they replied:

Over the past year, we have built a number of fine-tuned models for developers, including classification, embedding, retrieval and summarization/generation for source, documents, discussion and tasks/issues.

You can get HRV data after a “mindfulness” session, but not in realtime during the session, at least as far as I know. That’s what I meant with not so easily.
I also found that the results don’t match measurements with a HR strap very well, at least for me.
