The moment the information is public.

You have to leave a reasonable amount of time to ensure that the information can be priced into the market.

The market's made of computers reading press releases, so that's well under a second.

That's just the market's "gut reaction" so to speak.

$2.90 + $0.30, you mean?

Although it's difficult to use, I've found Natron for video editing to be not terrible, https://natrongithub.github.io/

It's like suggesting Nuke to do video editing, while possible, not the easiest and most likely you need previous experience with the software.

Don't forget anti-lock brakes.

Thank you! Probably the most outsized risk is liability, basically if you're sued for something related to the property (had a party and someone broke their leg) your insurance company will defend you up to your liability limit.

Edit: Also keep in mind our renter's insurance (and most others) covers you wherever you are, so if your laptop is stolen out of a coffee shop, it's covered. Also if there's a fire in your building and your stuff is not damaged but you have to move out, renters insurance covers additional living expenses.

Thanks, we're working on it!

Yeah big fan of it, warts and all!

Thanks we worked hard on the pricing! We can pay because 1) regulation demands that we do, aka it's the law. 2) we have capital partners with billions of dollars in claims paying capital.

Also we can cancel your lemonade policy on your behalf, and you'll get a pro-rated refund! The same applies to us if you cancel, too.

This reminds of restaurants throwing out food because the risk of giving it away is too great, but as far as I know no one has ever gotten in trouble because of it.
