Where is the money to be made?

The fact that they charge for Drive and not G+ doesn't imply that Drive is more important than G+. Looking at everything they have the last couple of months I would argue it is in fact the other way around. Although longer term and not direct revenue, G+ (and it's ad possibilities) is more valuable to them.

There will be plenty of places to cross promote their games. I'm thinking loading screens, contacts database,..

To me this is another piece of scalable infrastructure they can offer to other companies.

Perhaps, but it seems to me that it is a competitive advantage they might not want to give up. More akin to Google's server warehouse design than AWS.

I don't know the exact situation of Google's server warehouse design. But I presume that was developed in-house. Kiva already has other big customers that rely on it for their order fulfillment. Like said in this thread, making your competitors into customers is a smart move.

Congrats on getting your product out there!

>Surround yourself with smart people always. I've been struggling with this one for a while. I've cut time drains and people that keep me down, how to go the next step?

No CSS buttons!

Should have used the image enhancement software that people use in the movies, hard to see anything now.

Sales up by 50%, subscribers down by 3%.

Not a bad deal, reputation damage aside.

Extending the MBA line was the first move. It will take at least 2 more overhauls (not CPU upgrades) for the product lines to merge completely.

Heartwarming :)

Reminds me of My Machine, an organization that takes children drawings of machines and make them come to live.

Monster engine is of a similar vein, but they take kids' monster drawings instead: http://themonsterengine.com/
