Surveys were obtained July 1-31, 2023 with a representative sample of n=1,279 respondents. By implementation of a full probability design via Address-Based Sampling (ABS), U.S. households were randomly selected to participate and were first reached via mail. Adults ages 18 or older completed the survey via web (n=1160) or phone (n=119). The margin of sampling error for total respondents is +/- 3.7 at the 95% confidence level. The design effect is 1.81. For results among the n=1,047 registered voters, the margin of sampling error is +/- 4.1
