You are much better of then most entrepreneurs: the projects are up and running and are making some money. A lot of people quit their jobs and then get started. And a year of runway is even better!

But I agree to the other comments that you should focus on one of the projects which can really become big.

Watch the last couple of minutes of the video. Great vision for the web TV interface in 10 years. But how do we get there? What are the intermediate steps for the next 1-5 years?

I think it helps you focus and work through a business idea in a structured way. Have experienced it that I just fell in love with an idea. It helps you think about it in a more rational way. If you end up doing the process with this tool or with a sheet of paper doesn't matter. But I like it as it "forces" you to think of it from different angels.

I never understood why the boxes are shaped the way they are. Is the area proportional to importance? Why is market on the left and not the right? Why not just do a boring row of boxes?

Or is it just arranged in a way the visual cortex finds interesting? That would add weight to the idea that this is just a meme.

Hulu IPO would be good sign for the markets. Amazing that they got this shareholders together in the first place. But I wouldn't invest. Definitely not for the long run. They will still be controlled by the large media companies and if Hulu's profits rise they will just charge Hulu more for the license. So Hulu's earning potential is limited.
