I would like to see tech related educational institutions incorporate contributing to open source as part of their curriculum. A lot of these institutions are funded by the government anyway, so it would make sense to support the technology running your country which funds you.

This reminds me a lot of REBOL


REBOL/Red is very different though, no types and blocks are not executed by default.


I could speculate that someone in the past had the business mindset to create thousands of accounts over multiple sites and offers the ability to loan them out for a period of time.


So what kind of source code can be so difficult to understand?

I've always wanted to get my hands on the Championship Manager 92/93 source code to see what gave it its "soul". What made that version so special.


I wonder how soon before AI has their own GitHub. They can fork these types of projects and implement all the fixes and optimisations they want based off the development of the originals. It will be interesting to see in what state they end up in.
