Given the fact that humans haven't officially been there in my entire lifetime (and I'm no spring chicken) it's not been a priority.

Yes, I believe it can. I know someone who has been in hospital for around a year, and I do think it has done her harm. She seemed to be getting better in late summer/early autumn, only to get worse. The environment is awful, the patients only have a small courtyard as open space, they take each other's things, and the only stimulation there is a single television. They do some workshops but I think it would make many folk depressed just to be stuck in there.

It isn't unique to humans and I think it is for a variety of reasons. Emotional comfort and nostalgia. Autistic obsession. Curiosity and study. Artistic leanings. And plain hoarding.

It's a global project not a local one. It is linked directly to the digital ID programme and CBDC.

The trouble is that twentieth century architectural innovations were often watered down to the extent they become monstrosities or copies of copies.

This is just for England not the whole UK. Just saying. In Scotland, there has been a move to have an autism commissioner as if that's going to benefit the lives of most autistic people. Don't know about Wales and Northern Ireland.

I wonder if a foreign government would be able to use this data to precisely pinpoint the physical location of critical staff families and use it in a targeted attack.
