I'm in a completely different position entirely, but I understand your predicament. I am about to start learning to program again by either earning a Nanodegree or going to a bootcamp.

So my decision has become, do I become full stack, back-end or front-end? Do I focus on iOS development?

Sure, I want to be good at it all, but it sure seems like a much better idea to be a SPECIALIST at something.

I still don't know what path I wanna take, I just know I want to focus on web/app development and that will probably mean getting help when necessary. I hate backend *NIX administration tasks and just want things to work, so I can get on with the job.

So when you post this, it makes me strongly reconsider my strategy.

Great job. I am supremely jealous. I REALLY could use $12,500 right about now.

I just wish he got away with it, I wish he were smarter about it.

It's interesting that a lot of people sort of sympathise with him seemingly because of the context in which he carried out the crimes.

ie. If he'd been using a landline and peso's instead of BTC and the internet we'd probably attach a completely different emotional response.

I think a lot of people here sympathise with him because geeks have a libertarian bent. We believe that we know what's best for ourselves, and assume that other people do as well.

I appreciate this gentle reminder as I am in the midst of building a MVP for my start-up.

I want to like this, but storage space is just so damn cheap/free, I can't imagine ever using something like this.
